Spearfishing is an ancient way of fishing that has been used for years by humankind around the world and over time. Nowadays, we practice this fishing method with elastic-powered spearguns, and in this course, we will teach you how to use your body and mind to hunt under the ocean. Remember that spearfishing is the most sustainable and eco-friendly fishing method, allowing you to be selective and responsible by choosing your prey with consideration for local fisheries, season, and size of the fish. In this adventure, you will be taught the principles of freediving (breath-hold, body position, equalization, and relaxation), the proper use of hunting equipment, and how to approach the fish underwater. Join us for an exciting 2-hour adventure on the first day, where we'll guide you in mastering essential techniques and equipment use to feel confident underwater. Learn the safe handling of a speargun, with our top priority being your safety. Discover how to navigate the underwater world and hunt with respect for nature's balance. The second day you will put to test what you learned on a four hour excursion of pure underwater hunting. Whether you're a beginner or have never tried this before, we'll make it easy and enjoyable for you to explore the depths with us!
